Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and reporting results from nightly test runs.
• Reporting bugs in Jira as tickets and managing their resolution within 2 days after anomalies appears
• Performing complex bisections that require deeper project knowledge.
• Conducting bisection procedures to identify faulty commits.
• Validating bug fixes and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Inspecting machines to ensure they are not faulty
• Performing tests against new changes/versions of the framework and comparing results.
• Ensuring consistency of test results across various operating systems.
• Using automation tools and reporting any issues with their functionality.
• Reporting progress on assigned tasks.
• Creating and maintaining documentation for testing procedures and test environment configurations.

Collaboration

• Providing training sessions for new CWs on tools, processes, and practices used.
• Collaborating with DevOps, Development, and QA teams to resolve identified issues.
• Offering technical support to the development team in interpreting test results and diagnosing issues.
• Participating in regular team meetings and discussions to identify areas for improvement and introduce innovations in the testing process.

Continuous development

• Understanding the product and AI-related concepts.
• Continuously improving testing skills and staying informed about new trends, tools, and industry practices.

Team should be led by person from supplier which contains:

• Coordinating team activities, assigning tasks, and providing support.
• Direct cooperation with Intel Representative
• Report of the validation work progress.
• Make monthly reports confirming that the contracted work is performed properly.

Common for tools development and validation:

• [Jira, Kibana, Grafana, Linux + VM, VisualStudio, Wiki,] Defects submission to defect tracking tool and participation in all phases of defect life cycle.
• Direct cooperation with Intel Representative (contact point) and with Intel development team’s representatives (contact points) to report progress of work, bugs life cycle.
• Test result and defect reporting.
• Defect tracking and requirement tracking, test cases tracking.
• Checking whether machines are available and whether they are healthy.
• Preparing reports of the validation and development progress.
• Make monthly reports confirming that the contracted work is performed properly.
• Completing a series of technical trainings on all required aspects of performed job.
• Prepare manuals describing steps and procedures required to perform tasks.
• Performing majority of tasks in an efficient manner with occasional assistance from the INTEL side.
