Job Overview

Our growth as a company means that we need to grow our support team as well, which is why we’re looking forward to having you on board our team as a Junior Product Support Specialist. You will be responsible for first-line communication with customers (and prospects) of Macrobond, mostly performed via e-mail. Questions that you will have to answer will be mainly related to Macrobond application data, functionality, and technical issues

Job Responsibilities
  • Providing product support to our clients fromdifferent locationsaround the world
  • Finding solutions for product, data and technical questions and issues in our knowledge base and through creative experimentation
  • Working in a rotating shift system, including some holidays
  • Striving for excellence in providing top-notch support for our clients
  • Developing your own economic,analyticaland technical knowledge
  • Cooperating with other team members & your team manager
  • Work in shift system (day shift 8:00-16:00 and evening shift 16:00-00:00)
Required Qualifications and experience
  • Very goodlevel of English in speech and writing - needed for client contact and communication between teams & locations,
  • Willingness to learn skills from different fields, including IT (we'llteach you all you need to know),
  • A positive, friendly attitude,
  • Research and web browsing skills,
  • A university degree is not a must but a big asset.
