Your role and main tasks

The goal of the Position: The position is not related to marketing; it is about organisation and process coordination during our private shopping campaigns.

Daily tasks of the position:

  • Organisation and on‑time coordination of our campaigns
  • Contact with national and international manufacturers & brand partners
  • Close cooperation with other departments such as purchasing, logistics, service and content management
  • Organisation & coordination of prices, quantities, sample shipments and other conditions with our suppliers
  • Ensuring and taking responsibility for the optimal quality of sales campaigns
  • Follow‑up of completed campaigns
You will need

The perfect candidates are looking for a stable and long‑term position where they are willing to perform schematic tasks. This is work with specific forms of action, which are rather quite predictable.

Professional requirements for the candidate:

  • 1-3 years of work experience is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • A confident handling of MS Office, in particular Excel, is required.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • Willingness to start work in May 2025.
