About Role

As an (Junior) Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting functions and European countries with initiative implementation and project execution. Your responsibilities include overseeing project scope, planning, scheduling, and reporting, while ensuring adherence to established methodologies. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, issues, and changes. Another essential aspect of your role will involve identifying interdependencies among key projects, aligned with the company's strategy. Effective communication is vital as you collaborate with cross‑functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C‑level management.

You’ll operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, utilizing an agile approach to project management. Occasional travel may be necessary to meet stakeholders or oversee project activities across multiple European locations. Reporting directly to the Head of the Strategy and Integration Office, you’ll be at the forefront of driving project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and strategic initiatives, serving as a key driver to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Execute well‑defined projects and change initiatives under the supervision of the Head of the Strategy and Integration Office.
  • Offer guidance to project teams and monitor activities associated with initiatives, including suggestions to improve key processes and ensure the delivery of high‑quality outcomes.
  • Regularly report on project progress to stakeholders and management.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and application of post‑merger integration methodologies within the area of expertise.
  • Support additional local projects based on business needs and priorities.
About You
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably within a consulting environment. Knowledge of post‑integration projects is considered a plus.
  • University degree (minimum equivalent to a Bachelor's).
  • Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project, as well as other PM tools.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing methods, standards, and techniques across various projects.
  • Proactive and results‑driven team player, delivering effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English; additional languages are considered a plus, especially Spanish, Czech, and Hungarian.
