In the EMEA payroll team, we are responsible for the salaries of our colleagues from 40 countries in EMEA. We serve approximately 6,000 employees in, among others, Poland, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Israel, Sweden, South Africa, Turkey, the UK and the Middle East countries. The primary mission of our department is to ensure that all employees of the EMEA Rockwell and Cubic region receive correct compensation following applicable legal regulations and company policy.
We are looking for a Junior Payroll Specialist who will manage the daily support of our employees in Rockwell. Our team includes committed and passionate people who are responsible for EMEA countries (some of them in the country's native language), specializing in project management, and implementing improvements in the team's work with EXCEL.
You will report to the EMEA Payroll Team Lead, and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.
