We have 30 teams operating in Łódź to provide service in t**About this role**The Junior Payroll Analyst provides essential support to the HR Operations team, managing daily tasks related to HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), payroll processes, and compliance documentation. This role supports data accuracy, adherence to HR policies, and assists in optimizing HR workflows across the company.**Accountabilities*** Coordinate and maintain payroll operations processes, including data entry and maintenance within HRIS and payroll systems (CloudPay).* Support compliance by managing employee records, preparing documentation, and conducting regular audits.* Assist with employee inquiries related to payroll, HRIS, and general HR operational processes.* Collaborate with Payroll team members to resolve process issues and improve efficiency.* Ensure accurate and timely processing of data updates, payroll submissions, and benefits information.* Support training sessions and resource creation to assist employees with Payroll systems and self-service tools.**Skills and Experience*** English language essential.
