Member Service Associate Professional

About the role

You’ll drive smooth execution of initiatives through strong organization, clear communication, and data-driven support, with a focus on continuous improvement. Your work will include maintaining documentation, coordinating schedules and action plans, preparing meetings and visits, supporting team calendars, and creating executive-ready presentations and dashboards.

You’ll help standardize ways of working, streamline processes, and track measurable improvements in speed, quality, and stakeholder and member satisfaction.

How you will make an impact

In this role, you will enable smooth, consistent farmer support operations through strong organization, clear communication, and data-driven coordination. You’ll keep our “single source of truth” updated, orchestrate meetings and farm visits, standardize ways of working, and provide timely dashboards and reports that inform decisions. Your focus on continuous improvement will help streamline processes, enhance service quality, and improve farmer and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Support farmer operations by routing cases, monitoring SLAs, maintaining current FAQs/SOPs, coordinating farm visits/briefings, and keeping simple service dashboards up to date.
  • Maintain our single source of truth: update plans, action/decision logs, and status reports; prepare review materials, capture minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Plan and track work: maintain timelines with milestones/dependencies, coordinate action tracking, flag blockers early, and assist with basic capacity views.
  • Orchestrate meetings, workshops, and site visits: manage agendas, logistics, briefing packs, calendar coordination, and ensure documented outcomes.
  • Enable clear communications and insights: create professional PowerPoint decks and concise weekly/monthly updates; organize repositories/channels; build simple dashboards and reports by consolidating data, validating accuracy, highlighting trends, and escalating discrepancies.

You are fluent in English, hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field, and you thrive in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.

  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for creating clear, data-based presentations.
  • Ability to turn data into simple and engaging stories.
  • Good understanding of how to plan and deliver work, manage priorities, and engage stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and reliability in follow‑up.
It’s a plus if you also have

Experience with SharePoint, Teams, or Confluence; familiarity with Lean/Kaizen or a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt; exposure to Power BI, Salesforce, or automation tools; and either B2 proficiency in another European language (German, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, or French) or experience in the agricultural industry.
