We are looking for a highly organized team player who is comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate for this role is a self-starter, willing to take on new projects, and demonstrates a high attention to detail. It is crucial to the role that this person is punctual, a confident communicator, and flexible.

What You’ll Do
  • Stocks and distributes snacks and drinks; maintains kitchens with adequate supplies and ensures cleanliness; maintains snack inventory and assists in placing and receiving deliveries.
  • Oversees daily facilities operations including cleaning, security and access pass management, and office supplies.
  • Maintain relationship with building management, and assume the role of N-able’s main contact.
  • Acts as primary local contact for facilities issues. Assists with distribution of and responds to Workplace Experience Helpdesk tickets locally and globally.
  • Maintain health and safety processes in the hub to ensure local legal compliance.
  • Coordinate with facilities vendors and service providers for timely delivery and quality of facilities-related services.
  • Manages outgoing post and accepts incoming packages and deliveries.
  • Manages weekly local lunch program.
  • Acts as a backup for travel queries and assists as needed (Egencia).
  • Greets incoming visitors/vendors and ensures they have an escort or clearance to access the office.
  • Maintains local Workplace Experience Coordinator manual and guidelines.
  • Assists globally with Facilities requirements in other locations as and when needed.
  • Enters and tracks approval for Facilities purchase orders through internal system (Coupa) following all purchasing procedures working closely with Finance.
  • Assists in setting up and organising local company meetings and events.
  • Contributes to Leadership and site efforts (IT, Finance and HR) by assisting with special projects as needed.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a corporate office setting in a team environment
