Job summary

Air Liquide Engineering & Construction in Kraków invites motivated students to join our acoustics team as an internship focused on noise calculations and sound propagation. You will learn practical methods, perform standard acoustic calculations (SPL, SWL), and contribute to projects related to industrial plants under supervision.

The role offers a flexible schedule with partial remote work after the introductory period and the chance to gain international exposure in an experienced engineering

Qualifications

• Good communication in English and basic acoustics knowledge.
• Studying Acoustic Engineering (final-year preferred).
• Knowledge of acoustic calculations (dB, dB(A)) and SPL/SWL.
• Familiarity with ISO 9613 and ISO 3744 standards.
• Experience or exposure to acoustics calculations for industrial facilities.
• Knowledge of sound attenuators and enclosures.
• CadnaA or similar software knowledge.

Are you a MATCH?

• MoSwobodna komunikacja w języku angielskim
• Studia na kierunku Inżynieria Akustyczna (preferowani studenci ostatniego roku)
• Znajomość obliczeń akustycznych (dB, dB(A), obliczenia poziomu hałasu)
• Zrozumienie pojęć: poziom ciśnienia akustycznego (SPL) oraz poziom mocy akustycznej (SWL)
• Znajomość z normą ISO 9613 (standard dotyczący obliczania propagacji hałasu)
• Mile widziane Doświadczenie w obliczeniach i pomiarach hałasu dla zakładów przemysłowych lub innych urządzeń
• Znajomość normy ISO 3744 (standard dotyczący pomiaru hałasu)
• Znajomość tłumików hałasu i obudów dźwiękoizolacyjnych (okapów akustycznych)
• Znajomość oprogramowania do obliczania propagacji hałasu (CadnaA lub pokrewne)
