Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland is seeking a Junior .NET Engineer to join a hybrid, team-oriented environment. You will develop web-based applications, services, and APIs using .NET technologies, collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers, and deploy to cloud platforms.

The role requires a BS in CS or related field, at least 1 year of commercial experience, strong C#/.NET skills, and English fluency; experience with Azure/AWS and frontend basics like Angular/React is a plus.

It is a hybrid position offering you the flexibility to work 3 days per week from one of our well-equipped offices in Krakow, Wroclaw or Gdansk.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web-based applications, services, and APIs using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, etc.)
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers
• Deploy, integrate, and monitor software on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across production and non-production environments
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability
• Stay updated on the latest trends in .NET frameworks, cloud technologies, and relevant development tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in software development
• Strong C# and .NET skills
• Experience in Cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS
• Practical experience using AI (e.g., Copilot, Claude)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React.js, Vue.js, JavaScript will be a plus
