We are hiring a (Junior) Key Account Manager within our Catalyst Program, your opportunity to accelerate your career with a global market leader company that is at the forefront of innovation in the industry!

This program journey will provide you the building blocks necessary to launch you onto an engaging and challenging position in our Fragrance & Beauty division.

The position is a permanent role, fully remote, based in Poland, and reports to the Fragrance Director CE with dotted line reporting to Key Account Manager based in Germany.

Travel abroad for training will be required.

What You'll Do as a (Jr) Key Account Manager
  • Drive profitable business growth in Poland by managing top and bottom lines for designated accounts and customers.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Manag er(s), local Sales Team(s) and Area Sales Director to define and implement account goals and customer business strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers, positioning Givaudan as a preferred partner.
  • Manage projects with Marketing, Development, and Commercial teams to drive account activities and identify market-led opportunities.
  • Develop pricing and margin strategies with the Area Sales Director and support regional/local brands.
  • Negotiate pricing agreements, manage budgets, forecasts, and rebates, and conduct client visits and presentations.
  • Analyze markets and customers (e.g., SWOT analysis) and prepare reports to support strategic growth.
  • Organizing client meetings.
  • Individually preparing and organizing regular visits & business trips.
Your Profile

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Passion for the fragrance industry.
  • A commercial qualification or university degree.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish.
  • Ideally 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in a fragrance house or FMCG environment.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage activities of teams (also remotely).
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, matrix and remote environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good basics for office applications (especially trained/experienced in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
