We are actively seeking skilled individuals to join our team to work on a project developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED.

Responsibilities
- Manage user access rights and permissions across company applications.
- Install, configure, and update standard software packages for employees.
- Support the rollout of new software tools and updates across the organization.
- Assist in testing new software solutions before deployment.
- Monitor software license usage and report potential shortages or upcoming renewals.
- Help maintain internal knowledge bases and FAQs for common software issues.
- Collaborate with developers or system administrators on minor application-level issues.
- Support the automation of simple repetitive tasks using scripts or internal tools.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates of company software and IT systems.
- Provide technical support to employees both onsite and remotely focusing on software-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and application connectivity issues.
- Diagnose and resolve software installation, configuration and compatibility problems.
- Act as a liaison between Fool’s Theory employees and third-party software/helpdesk providers.
- Communicate with external contractors to resolve software-related technical issues.Track and report software and IT incidents, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Maintain and update IT and software documentation regularly.
- Escalate complex software or system issues to IT administrators as necessary.
- Perform other software-related IT duties as assigned by the employer.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of computer hardware components and architecture.
- Hands‑on experience in assembling, troubleshooting, and maintaining PCs and related hardware.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and techniques for identifying hardware issues.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.
- Minimum of secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Fluency in English at a minimum B2 level (both spoken and written).
- Willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve technical skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with network solutions (switches, routers, firewalls, specially FortiGate and MikroTik).
- Experience with Active Directory administration.Knowledge of virtualization platforms such as Hyper‑V and Proxmox.
- Understanding of server operating systems, including Microsoft Windows Server 2019 or newer, and Linux.
- Experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Basic knowledge of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions.
- Driver's license, category B.
