Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a finance professional to drive IFRS-based reporting and consolidation for group entities. You will prepare accurate financials, support new OpCos and disposals, and ensure timely, compliant reporting across the OpCos.

You will interact with senior stakeholders, manage data quality, and provide insights for global decision making in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance with accounting or consolidation focus.
• Ability to apply IFRS knowledge in international reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reporting for OpCos under IFRS and HEINEKEN policies.
• Support first-time reporting for newly acquired OpCos and disposals.
• Verify consolidation data accuracy and timeliness for actuals and planning.
• Communicate risks to stakeholders and promote timely reporting.
• Act as focal point for OpCos on global financial matters.
• Collect and analyse global financial data and present insights.
