Job summary

KK Group is seeking a proactive Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our international Finance team in City Centre. This fixed-term maternity-leave replacement focuses on supporting AR processes, payments monitoring, and customer communications while providing growth opportunities in a dynamic business environment.

The role welcomes candidates with enthusiasm; prior experience is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

Interest in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
Good communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Previous experience in customer service, administration, finance, or accounting is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

Support the Accounts Receivable (AR) process for international customers.
Monitor customer payments and help follow up on overdue invoices.
Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
Assist in resolving payment discrepancies and customer queries.
Support account reconciliations and balance confirmations.
Prepare reports and analyses using Excel and internal systems.
Cooperate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams across different countries.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects.
