About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounting reconciliations and VAT processes, particularly in Poland (and other country sites as needed), and will contribute to the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.

About Your Responsibilities

• Active support for the team in ongoing tasks, including: VAT, CIT, RET, and WHT
• Reconcile tax account in balance sheet
• Cooperate with operational teams on tax matters
• Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and reflect them in internal processes
• Communicate with external tax advisors and tax authorities when requiredTake part in projects implementing new legal requirements (e.g., KSeF, changes in JPK/SAF‑T reporting)
• Take part in preparation of footnotes to financial statements

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law (or currently pursuing final year of studies)
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or tax
• Fluent in Polish and English – both written and verbal communication is essential
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with internal teams, external advisors and authorities
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks
