Job summary

Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. represents a fast-growing financial services client expanding into Poland, with Warsaw as a key hub. The role focuses on Python development and Front Arena integrations to support order and portfolio management.

You will work with an experienced international team to build and maintain Python-based tools, and contribute to testing, reviews, and deployment while improving workflows across trading, risk, and operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial technology or a related environment.
• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Front Arena functionalities supporting order and portfolio management across the business.
• Build, maintain and integrate Python-based tools and applications within the company's internal technology ecosystem.
• Support workflows across trading, risk management, compliance and operations by delivering solutions that improve existing processes.
• Contribute to code reviews, software testing and deployment activities.
