Warner Bros. Discovery in Warsaw is seeking an FP&A professional to prepare various participation statements for international local productions, with a focus on German, Austrian and Swiss projects. Join to contribute to key financial processes and develop expertise in a global environment.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Accounting Finance, and territory teams, ensure SOX controls, and respond to queries. The role offers a hybrid model, access to HBO, and broad learning and inclusion programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or current) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
• Good command of English; German is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements including producer participation, talent reporting, subsidy reporting, and dubbing contributor reporting for US titles.
• Coordinate posting and payment of German statements with approvals with the P2P team.
• Coordinate corrections of expenses incorrectly assigned to local production titles with accounting teams.
• Respond to internal and external partner queries related to statements, cost, and revenue details.
• Review participation statements from third parties and coordinate processing with accounting and P2P teams.
• Prepare intercompany reporting, document business processes, and support financial audits.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and respond to ad hoc requests from territories and Home Office.

Working closely with FP&A, Accounting Finance teams, and LP legal and territory teams, the main focus of this role is to prepare various types of participation statements for international local productions, with a particular focus on German, Austrian and Swiss productions. Your Role Accountabilities...

• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing a degree) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or other financial reporting and analytics tools is a plus.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken. German is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
