Working as a member of the wider Campaigns & Experiences team, Event coordinator will focus on supporting different phases of execution of an event, ensuring that every encounter delivers an exceptional experience for our stakeholders. The Event coordinator should manage several concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the event activities.

Your key responsibilities

As part of the Marketing Services Team, your main responsibilities would be:

• Collaborate virtually with the Swiss EY Meeting & Events Team
• Administrative activities before, during and after events
• Creation of online registration sites, building landing pages in marketing tools, EY Event Apps and usage of virtual event platforms
• Administrative support in the execution of marketing campaigns
• Preparing & launching of marketing campaigns in Marketo
• Maintaining EY-databases
• Being part of the core project team - planning, coordination and execution of the required logistics
• Efficient use of methodologies, EY tools and databases and constant development in digital solutions
• Be aware of quality/visibility and consistency of the EY Brand in events and campaigns
• Technical support
• On-site support, when required
