Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented (Junior) Deal Desk Analyst to join our Commercial Operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process by ensuring the accuracy of pricing and contracts, assisting with deal documentation, and turning financial and commercial data into actionable insights. This is a great opportunity to develop your commercial finance skills while working closely with Sales, Account Management, and other internal teams globally.

The Commercial Operations team is dedicated to enabling efficient, consistent, and compliant commercial execution across the organization.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
  • Support Commercial Execution: Assist in preparing pricing models, quotes, and contract documents, helping to ensure accuracy and compliance in support of the sales process.
  • Help Optimize Processes: Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to identify and implement ways to make deal processes more efficient and consistent.
  • Assist with Financial and Contract Compliance: Support deal reviews and quality checks to ensure financial and contractual standards are met.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
  • Some Commercial or Finance Experience: Internship or one to two years of experience in a Deal Desk, Commercial Finance, Pricing Analyst, or related role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Analytical Skills: Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and financial calculations, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to generate actionable insights.
  • Proven ability in Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and produce accurate documentation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or another quantitative field.
