Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group in Gdynia, Poland, is seeking a Senior Associate to contribute to data acquisition, processing, and analytics within our enterprise data framework. You will work with NLP, LLMs, and RAG-based approaches, collaborating across engineering, product, and delivery teams on data solutions.

Requirements include a Master’s in a data science field and 0–3 years in data science or analytics, with Python and core data libraries.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or CS with Data Science focus.
• Strong data analytics, ML/NLP knowledge, and RAG workflows.
• Experience with Python data stack and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to data acquisition, cleaning, transformation workflows within the enterprise data management framework.
• Design and improve financial analytics data pipelines and integrate tools for end-to-end experiences.
• Translate data requirements into tasks, models, or components under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and project delivery teams on data solutions.
• Participate in building/evaluating ML and DL models including NLP, LLMs, and RAG-based approaches.
• Create evaluation frameworks to measure automation/AI effectiveness.
• Perform data processing tasks like web scraping, entity extraction, and pre-/post-processing.
• Support cloud-based development (AWS or similar) and adhere to CI/CD and MLOps practices.
