Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim in Wrocław is seeking a Junior Data Protection Specialist to join the Legal & Compliance team within our GBS Center. You will advise European business partners on DPAs, EU SCCs, TIAs and data processing activities, assist in negotiations, support ROPA documentation, and help ensure compliance with global procedures.

The role offers learning opportunities in a multinational pharma environment, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and exposure to state‑of‑the‑art data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; legal background preferred.
• Experience with DPAs, SCCs or TIAs is advantageous.
• Strong written and spoken English in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Advise partners across Europe on DPAs, SCCs, TIAs and security measures.
• Assist in contract negotiations with internal and external parties.
• Identify and document processing activities for ROPA and monitor compliance.
• Provide guidance on legal systems and tools used in data protection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on diverse legal topics.
• Support quality and process-improvement initiatives.
