Job summary

Addepto, a leading AI and data engineering company, is seeking a Junior Data Engineer in Poland to join a team of experts on Azure-based projects. You will help build scalable data platforms, migrate pipelines to Azure, and automate BI reporting using Power BI.

You'll collaborate across industries on challenging data initiatives, gain hands-on experience with Databricks and Spark, and grow in a supportive, autonomous culture with flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical, mathematical, or economic fields.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in implementing, developing, or maintaining Data Warehouse, BI, or Big Data systems.
• Strong understanding of data processing and ETL/ELT techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization.
• Solid understanding of Azure services for cloud-based data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Write advanced SQL queries and develop database procedures.
• Create data visualizations using Power BI to deliver actionable insights. Design and develop ETL processes, Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and Data Lakes.
• Gather and analyze requirements to design logical and physical data models.
• Work with various data storage and database technologies to build scalable solutions.
• Deploy data applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and actively contribute to project and product development.
