Ten Square Games is seeking a video content creator to produce engaging material for our social media channels. You will manage end-to-end video projects, edit using AI tools, and collaborate with the creative team in a fast-paced environment.

In this hybrid role, you will work 3 days per week in our Wroclaw office and 2 days remotely, contributing ideas, exploring trends, and growing social media channels.

Formación

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere, with strong editing skills for complex video projects.
• Basic understanding of Adobe After Effects for project updates and minor timing adjustments.
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for assets preparation and template use.
• Good level of English, written and spoken, for clear communication of requirements.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Knowledge of how social media works, including TikTok vs Instagram and trends.

Responsabilidades

• Setting up video libraries of existing materials.
• Editing new videos from existing materials, using generative AI to create new content.
• Applying motion templates on existing materials as needed.
• Working on audio design for new edits and assisting other team members.
• Preparing static assets and video thumbnails for social posts.
• Researching social media trends and contributing ideas to the team lead.
• Posting creative content on social channels if required and assisting with descriptions, hashtags, and titles.

What is this job all about?

This job is about creating video content for our social media channels . You will be a crucial member of our creative team, individually working on new creative materials to post on our games social media channels. You will help bring fresh ideas, explore social media trends and get to work with a vast library of existing content and create new content using generative AI tools to bring new creative ideas to life. This is a fast paced job with a quick turn around, where you get to contribute your ideas, own full implementation cycle and learn how to grow social media channels and run social media strategies.

Requirements

What will you be doing?

Video tasks:

• - Setting up video libraries of existing materials;
• - Editing new videos from existing materials, using generative AI to create new video materials, and supporting other team members in closing their video projects;
• - Applying motion templates (pre-made) on existing materials if needed;
• - Working on audio design on new edits, or supporting other team members with their projects;
• - Helping with any other simple video tasks (assets preparation, exporting);

Design tasks:

• - Preparing static assets from video sources;
• - Using pre-made Photoshop templates to export materials to be used in video production.
• - Prepare video thumbnails for social media posts.
• - Supporting the team with other tasks in asset preparation.

Other tasks:

• - Help with content research on social media channels, searching for examples, following trends and bring forth interesting examples to the team lead for further execution.
• - Help with posting creative content on social media channels if required.
• - Help with descriptions, hashtags, and titles for social media posts.
• - Any other creative work connected to social media if needed.

What are we looking for?

• - Proficient in Adobe Premiere, with strong editing skills and the ability to manage complex video projects;
• - Basic understanding of Adobe After Effects, including the ability to open existing projects, replace materials, make minor timing adjustments, and export final compositions;
• - Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, with the capability to handle assets, prepare materials for video, and utilize pre-made templates effectively;
• - Good level of English, both written and spoken, enabling clear communication and understanding of project requirements;
• - A proactive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges;
• - Knowledge of how social media works, differences between TikTok and Instagram, understanding what a trend is, and having experience with posting content of any kind.
