Job summary

Bending Spoons in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to join our marketing team. You will own data-driven campaigns end to end—from hypothesis to launch—using structured retrospectives to translate learnings into new creative solutions.

You will leverage AI tools to produce cross-channel visual content, coordinate campaigns with in-house and external partners, and monitor social trends to stay ahead, while collaborating with marketing and product teams.

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Data-driven campaign management. Own acquisition campaigns for a product end to end—from hypothesis to launch, to iteration—running structured data-driven retrospectives to extract learnings and translating them into new creative solutions.
• Content creation. Leverage AI tools to produce high-performing, cross-channel visual content, directing hand-picked creators and writing tailored briefs to deliver the right message to each audience.
• Channels and partnerships. Coordinate the execution of campaigns across in-house production, external contributors, and client-facing advertising partnerships, working closely with creative, marketing, and business teams.
• Trend monitoring. Track social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging creative practices to stay ahead of the curve.

The lower end of these ranges applies to candidates with little or no relevant experience, while exceptionally experienced candidates may receive offers of up to £151,436 in London or €145,430 elsewhere in Europe. Candidates offered a permanent contract may choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.
