Job summary

Hatch is seeking early-career Civil Engineers to join our Project Delivery Group in Katowice, Poland, starting Summer 2027. You will contribute to complex engineering projects across sectors, collaborating with mentors and teams worldwide.

The role targets graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering, who are in final year and fluent in English. You’ll gain international project exposure while developing practical design and execution skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Final-year university student status is required.
• No more than 24 months of professional work experience.
• A copy of your most recent academic transcript must be submitted with your application.
• Willingness to work in Katowice, Poland.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Submission of an English-language CV is preferred.
