Job summary

Enfint is hiring a senior Java developer in Kraków, Poland, to build high-performance solutions for fixed income rates and credit trading desks within a global markets technology organization.

You'll design scalable Java applications, optimize latency and concurrency, and work with global IT teams to enable seamless integration. Strong communication and English (B2) are essential to collaborate with stakeholders and adapt to evolving market needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Hands-on experience with low-latency and multi-threaded programming.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to market changes.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have: Understanding of financial markets (Rates and Credit bonds/derivatives, trading platforms like Bloomberg or Tradeweb), familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka and data serialization formats like AVRO, knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
