Ascendion is seeking a Java Integration Engineer to join our team and drive enterprise-wide integration projects in Kraków. You will collaborate with clients and technical teams to design and implement seamless connections across applications, data formats, and platforms.

The role focuses on RESTful services, ESB/middleware, SAP adapters, XML/XSD, and API monitoring. You will work in an Agile environment, translate requirements into robust integration solutions, and contribute to solution

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Several years of hands-on experience in enterprise integration projects.
• Experience with integration platforms and integration architectures.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, XML and XSD.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Analyze client requirements and design enterprise integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations using ESB and middleware platforms.
• Build and maintain REST APIs (SOAP knowledge is a plus).
• Develop Java-based integration services.
• Work with SAP adapters, connectors, XML, XSD, data mapping and transformations.
• Support API performance, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with client IT teams and participate in technical workshops.
• Contribute to solution design and technical consulting activities.
