Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a General Ledger Accountant with Italian to join its finance team in Poland. You will manage GL for assigned entities, support month-end close, and ensure statutory and tax compliance across European operations.

The role requires strong Excel and ERP skills, fluency in English and Italian, and a proactive mindset to improve processes within a global, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Accounting knowledge (financial education).
• Proficiency in Excel, data manipulation, and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Italian (at least B2).
• Regulatory expertise and risk management capabilities.
• Adaptable and committed to achieving results and driving efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Control and manage the accuracy of General Ledger for the assigned Arrow companies.
• Complete all relevant month-end financial close procedures.
• Statutory reporting for Arrow Italian companies.
• Corporate income tax calculations and reporting.
• Prepare and be responsible for all internal reporting required within Europe and to US head office.
• Statutory/Corporate reconciliations and European consolidation.
• VAT, Intrastat and Sales List Reporting, VAT Returns and related compliance.
• Support and be involved with all audit work.
