What you will do

• Manage around 300 Apple devices and Windows;
• Provide IT support to ~300 employees and contractors, addressing and resolving technical issues efficiently;
• Monitor and address potential security breaches, implementing preventive measures and solutions;
• Improve onboarding and off boarding processes by developing automations;
• Manage internal accesses;
• Internal IT services procurement and inventory;
• End user devices procurement and inventory.

What we look for

• 2+ years experience with MDM for MacOS on 300+ devices;
• 2+ years experience managing MacOS and Windows machines;
• 2+ years experience with managing Google Workspaces, Slack, Entra ID, Jira, Confluence, Cloudflare Zerotrust;
• Understanding of network protocols;
• Experience programming/automation with Golang/Python;
• Experience with Git, Terraform is a must. Our Cloudflare configuration is stored in Terraform;
• Experience with passing security compliance (NIST, ISO 27001);
• Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people and conducting virtual meetings.
• The work schedule must have 6 hoursoverlap with the teamworking hours (CET -1/ +3).
