Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our IT Operations team. You will provide IT user support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with remote help across applications, operating systems, and hardware.

You will manage user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID, support Office 365, and handle basic phone system administration. You will also support mobile devices and endpoint management tools in a three-shift environment, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience (including internships/practical training)
• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of computer hardware construction and basic configuration elements
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune
• Interpersonal skills and good self-organization
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system (including night hours)
• German/Polish language specifics not required – Polish fluent is required
• Must be located in Poland

Responsibilities

• IT user support solving technical problems related to applications, systems and hardware
• Remote support for users on applications, OS and hardware
• Managing user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID
• Office 365 support and basic telephone system administration
• Support for mobile devices (Android/iOS) and endpoint management tools (Intune, NinjaOne, ManageEngine)
