What You Will Be Doing

• Provide support to our internal clients, expertly troubleshooting technical issues related to applications, operating systems, and computer hardware
• Install and configure Linux and Windows systems and software, adhering to established company procedures
• Support database operations by writing simple SQL queries, analyzing routine errors, and executing backup processes
• Develop and maintain clear and accessible user manuals and technical documentation

What We Are Looking For

• Strong practical knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems
• Fundamental understanding of SQL (e.g., ability to write basic SELECT and UPDATE queries)
• A solid grasp of LAN/WAN configuration and common networking challenges
• Basic knowledge of virtualization concepts and technologies
• Fluency in Polish and a communicative level of English.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the IT industry or a related field
• Ability to write scripts (e.g., PowerShell and Bash) to automate tasks
• Communicative ability in Ukrainian (useful for serving our diverse client base)
