Role Overview

We’re looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer with curiosity, drive, and a “make it happen” attitude. In this role, you’ll be the go‑to person for keeping our tech setup running smoothly—helping the team stay online, secure, and productive. This is a hands‑on position where you’ll learn quickly, take ownership of tasks, and grow into more advanced technical areas as you gain experience. If you enjoy solving problems, experimenting with systems, and helping people get the most out of their technology, this could be the perfect next step for you.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for IT issues, both in person and remotely.
  • Support teammates with hardware, software, and account‑related problems (Mac & Windows).
  • Troubleshoot general IT issues, including Wi‑Fi, VPN, and connectivity problems.
  • Set up and configure laptops, manage peripherals, and maintain user accounts across platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Azure, etc.).
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Log, track, and resolve tickets in line with SLAs to ensure smooth and timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain and organize IT inventory.
  • Stay adaptable to new technologies, continuously learn new skills, and contribute as an active member of the IT team.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
  • A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a strong “can‑do” attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS systems, including hardware setup and configuration.
  • Interest in Google Workspace, Okta, MDM solutions, and networking fundamentals.
  • Well‑organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple requests at once.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career in IT.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, approachable attitude.
  • Proficiency in English, Polish or Russian will be an advantage.
