Job summary

A leading IT service provider in Wrocław is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide fast and professional service for technical requests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of Microsoft systems, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Availability for office shifts is required. This role offers the chance to join a dynamic team focused on enhancing user experiences.

Qualifications

  • Highly developed communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to think analytically and solve real causes of problems quickly.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft systems and software (Windows, Office, Active Directory).
  • Ability to explain technical issues in an accessible way.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • Availability to work shifts between 8:00-18:00.
  • Experience in customer service.
