Job summary

AMD ODC Poland Team is seeking an IT Specialist to join the Gdansk-based team. You will support the local IT infrastructure, including hardware, networks, and lab equipment, with hands-on experience on state-of-the-art hardware for GPUs, ML, and 3D graphics.

Ideal candidates have strong Windows and Linux admin skills, scripting ability (Python/Perl), and excellent English (C1) and Polish (C2). Knowledge of 3D graphics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have Windows and Linux administration experience.
• Strong hardware and network administration skills.
• Excellent command of English (C1) and Polish (C2).
• Familiarity with scripting (Python/Perl) is a plus.
• Knowledge of 3D graphics, ML, and HW testing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the performance lab and local IT infrastructure.
• Administer local network and hardware infrastructure (firewalls, NAS, servers, host/target systems).
• Set up and configure software and hardware; manage local hardware resources.
• Provide ad-hoc engineering support and troubleshooting.
• Ensure Windows & Linux administration; perform shell scripting as needed.
• Handle network administration and overall IT operations.
