Working with two small teams across the UK, Poland and India, and collaborating with a wide network of control and process owners, you will manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. You will liaise with external auditors and third-party partners, ensuring requirements are met and progress is communicated effectively. Beyond planning and scheduling, you will deliver detailed programme reporting to senior stakeholders, identify KPIs, track performance metrics and present updates to steering committees. Your role will be critical in maintaining governance and improving processes where needed.### Success in this role means being a confident organiser and communicator who thrives in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
