Job summary

Callstack is seeking an IT Security Officer to own day-to-day security and infrastructure operations from Wrocław. You will protect systems, devices, identities and data while enabling employees and improving security processes.

The role blends hands-on cybersecurity with infrastructure, incident response, compliance and security awareness, collaborating with internal teams, auditors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Security, Cybersecurity or similar roles.
• Knowledge of macOS, Windows and Linux.
• Hands-on with endpoint security, IAM, MFA, SSO and access mgmt.
• Practical network security, VPNs, firewalls and DNS knowledge.
• Experience in security monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response.
• Understanding of cloud security in AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, ISMS and risk management.
• SPF, DKIM, DMARC knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good English and proactive ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve IT security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Develop security tools and monitor security alerts; coordinate incident response.
• Oversee vulnerability management, endpoint security, access controls and MFA.
• Support backups, disaster recovery, and data protection.
• Assist cloud and email security, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
• Coordinate security audits, tests, and ISO 27001/GDPR compliance.
• Maintain ISMS documentation and security KPIs.
• Support vendor security assessments and security questionnaires.
• Promote security awareness and automate security processes.
