Laminar is seeking a Vigilant IT Security Manager to mature security systems, manage risk, and ensure ISO 27001 and SOC2 alignment across our IT functions. You will lead a team, govern policies, and oversee software, hardware, and infrastructure while delivering high-quality support.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to build a culture of security, compliance, and continuous improvement, enabling Laminar to protect critical assets and enable growth.

Competenze

• Strong understanding of IT security systems, vulnerabilities, and remediation strategies.
• Experience with ISO 27001, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Mansioni

• Lead strategic IT security initiatives to close gaps and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC2.
• Oversee software, hardware, and infrastructure management.
• Develop and enforce robust IT policies, procedures, and controls.
