As an IT Quality Leader you play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our IT systems. You will be responsible for control design and implementation, processing Service Organisation Controls (SOC) reports from suppliers, summarising key issues, and collaborating with system owners to manage remediation activities. Your role involves engaging with audit teams and stakeholders globally, including within the US time zone, delivering process and control information for audit scoping, and maintaining comprehensive documentation and evidence for ICP controls. You will coordinate GISC operations across the ecosystem, drive simplification, and act as a Contract Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and System Owners (SOs). Your expertise will support Bayer Financial Audits and contribute to the successful implementation of GISC principles.
