Sii Poland invites a Mid-Level Project Manager to support IT project delivery in healthcare. You will coordinate activities, track progress, and facilitate stakeholder communication with development teams to ensure on-time outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA and experience with task management.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies as well as the Waterfall approach.
• Experience in coordinating project activities and maintaining documentation.
• Ability to facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members.
• Advanced level of Polish and English.
• Residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Project Manager in the delivery of IT projects.
• Coordinating project activities, tasks, and deliverables.
• Maintaining project documentation, schedules, and status reporting.
• Collaborating with development teams, business stakeholders, and other project participants.
• Monitoring project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Managing and tracking project activities in JIRA and Azure DevOps.
