Job description
  • You will drive GOTEC’s global ERP transformation — ensuring the seamless rollout of our standardized Comarch ERP landscape and the technical enablement of globally harmonized business processes.
  • Your work connects production, logistics, finance, and supply chain across all GOTEC sites, enabling a unified data and process backbone for>2000 employees worldwide.
  • Key outcomes – first 12 months
  • Complete ERP rollout for the India and Turkey plants, including go-live readiness and hypercare
  • Implement global standard processes for approvals, requests, and master data management across all sites
  • Deploy new ERP modules for planning and analytics in collaboration with the Applications teams
  • Establish KPI-driven project steering and documentation aligned with GOTEC’s internal agile project framework
  • Building a knowledge base and best practice library for global GOTEC standard software
responsibilities :
  • Lead and coordinate international ERP rollout and process standardization projects (Comarch ERP)
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across IT, process owners, and external implementation partners
  • Ensure seamless integration between ERP, MES, EDI, and planning/BI tools
  • Supervise global master data harmonization and electronic workflow rollout (approvals, requisitions, etc. )
  • Drive the introduction of new ERP functionalities in collaboration with application owners and key users
  • Apply GOTEC’s agile project methodology, ensuring transparency and measurable delivery progress
  • Support change management, training, and stakeholder communication during global rollouts
  • Report to the Head of Applications, acting as the central link between IT, business units, and plant teams
requirements-expected :
  • 5+ years of experience in IT or business project management, ideally in manufacturing or automotive environments
  • Proven track record in ERP implementation or rollout (Comarch, SAP, or similar enterprise systems)
  • Strong understanding of business process design and digital transformation principles
  • Solid technical background (interfaces, data structures, system integrations)
  • Certified in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum, or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and hierarchies
  • Fluent English (C1 level); additional languages (German, Polish, Turkish, or Spanish) are a plus
