Job Description

The IT Junior Group Buyer supports global and local procurement projects for IT goods and services, ensuring cost-effective and timely purchasing activities. This role requires strong communication, basic negotiation skills, and intermediate analytical capabilities. The position contributes to category strategy implementation and continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute tactical purchasing activities and assist in sourcing processes.
  • Identify and evaluate new supplier options.
  • Participate in negotiations under guidance from senior team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and procurement teams on RFP preparation.
  • Support implementation of category strategies.
  • Maintain procurement systems and tools (e.g., Coupa).
  • Perform cost analysis and recommend savings opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
