Job summary

ABB invites students to join the Statutory Compliance Services Team in Kraków or Łódź for an internship at the intersection of Finance and IT. You will support statutory reporting, financial compliance, and automation initiatives while working with modern tools in an international environment.

The role offers a structured internship from 3 to 12 months, with training on statutory reporting tools and opportunities for extension or transition to a regular position.

This Position reports to:

Senior Project Manager

As part of the Statutory Compliance Services Team in Kraków or Łódź, you will support statutory reporting, financial compliance, and reporting automation initiatives while working with modern tools and collaborating with experienced professionals in an international environment.

• Collaborate with experts on the standardization and automation of statutory reporting and audit-related processes
• Support statutory controllers in the preparation of statutory financial statements
• Provide first-level support to users of reporting tools and systems
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and process improvement activities
• Perform various ad hoc financial and technical tasks

Requirements

• Active student status
• Interest in both Finance and IT
• Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, data analysis, or information systems
• Strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
• Good English communication skills (minimum B2)
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Knowledge of SAP or previous experience in finance/IT is an advantage
