Job summary

Carlsberg Shared Services in Poznań is seeking an IT Audit Manager to lead end-to-end IT audits within the global Internal Audit framework. You will report findings objectively to key stakeholders and propose practical controls to address identified weaknesses.

The role requires strong collaboration with the Integrated Information Technology team, a deep understanding of IT governance and security frameworks, and a track record of risk-based communications to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of IT audit experience in international environment.
• Experience auditing ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics).
• Extensive cybersecurity audit experience across governance, IAM, vulnerability management, incident response, third-party security risk, cloud security and monitoring.
• Solid knowledge of IT governance, risk management and internal control frameworks.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, NIST CSF and CIS Controls.
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear risk-based messages for senior stakeholders.
• Data analytics experience to support audit planning and monitoring is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT audits in support of the audit plan.
• Report objective, fact-based audit results to stakeholders.
• Recommend practical and efficient controls to address weaknesses.
• Identify internal control deficiencies and provide improvement recommendations.
• Follow up on management actions to mitgate risks identified in audits.
• Support GIA projects including methodology development and training.
