Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, or Operational Resilience.
• 1-2 years focused on testing, exercising, or technical recovery planning.
• Experience designing and executing testing exercises (desktop simulations, walkthroughs).
• Understanding of Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).
• Demonstrated experience in Financial Services Industry (FSI).
• Expertise in Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation skills with senior leadership engagement.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities
