Job description

About SINGU

At SINGU, we’re redefining how the world’s most ambitious real estate companies run their operations. Our mission is to become Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi‑site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business.

Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals. Following our union with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net‑haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we’re just getting started.

Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail‑Rodamco‑Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus.

If you’re ready to help build Europe’s leading platform for property operations — and make a tangible impact on how the real estate industry works — join SINGU and be part of this transformation.

The Role

This role exists to support the people of SINGU Group. We have grown through acquisition, which means duplicated subscriptions, several identity setups, hardware that arrived with the companies it belonged to, and processes at very different levels of maturity. Bringing all of that to one standard is the work in front of us.

This is the hands‑on role in that effort. You will keep the day‑to‑day running — accounts, devices, access, connectivity and the helpdesk queue — and you will do the practical work of consolidation: migrations, rebuilds, clean‑ups, and the documentation that makes them stick. You will report to the IT Lead, who sets the direction and the standard; your job is to implement it well, and to say clearly when something is not working.

Alongside the day‑to‑day, a real part of this job is project work: merging Microsoft 365 tenants after an acquisition, migrating data between systems, building integrations between the tools we run on, and replacing manual routines with something that runs itself. We are looking for someone who can pick up a project like that and carry it through, not only close tickets as they arrive.

You will be based in our Kraków office. Remote work is possible, but we would like you on site regularly — a good part of this job is being reachable in person for colleagues who need a hand with a laptop, a meeting room or an account.

It will suit someone who likes solving problems end to end, who would rather script a task than repeat it, and who takes pride in an estate that is tidy, documented and predictable.

What You’ll Do
  • Run the internal helpdesk: triage, resolve and elevate requests within agreed SLAs, for colleagues across the SINGU Group.

  • Execute joiner, mover and leaver end to end — accounts, licenses, group membership, mailboxes and hardware. Fully equipped on day one, fully removed on the last.

  • Administer Microsoft 365 and the internal application estate day to day: users, groups, licenses, shared mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint permissions, and accounts in CRM, ERP, HR, finance and ticketing tools.

  • Handle identity and access at operator level: SSO, MFA enrolment, conditional access, role and group assignment, and privileged account hygiene.

  • Own device lifecycle in practice across Windows and macOS: procurement, build standards, MDM enrolment (Intune, Jamf or equivalent), patching, repairs, replacements, secure wipe and disposal.

  • Support offices and networks: Wi‑Fi, switches, firewalls, VPN, DNS, connectivity, printers and meeting‑room AV — including the IT side of any office move.

  • Administer AI tooling: seats, workspace configuration, spend, and helping colleagues get real value from it.

  • Deliver consolidation projects with us: merging Microsoft 365 tenants after an acquisition, migrating mailboxes and data, decommissioning legacy systems and retiring duplicated tools.

  • Build integrations between the internal systems we run on, so data moves between them without anyone copying it by hand.

  • Verify that backup and recovery for the internal estate actually work — tested, not assumed.

  • Automate the repetitive parts with scripting (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph or equivalent), using AI to get there faster. If a task repeats, build the thing that does it.

  • Write and maintain documentation: runbooks, asset and license records, how‑to guides for colleagues, and evidence for security audits.

  • Implement the security baselines set by Information Security, and raise anything that looks wrong rather than working around it.

What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years hands‑on in internal IT, IT support or systems administration — ideally in a multi‑site or distributed business.

  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration at tenant level: Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and licensing.

  • Practical experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints, and managing them through an MDM (Intune, Jamf, Kandji or similar).

  • Networking fundamentals you can genuinely apply: DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Wi‑Fi, VPN and firewall rules — enough to diagnose a problem, not just reboot the box.

  • Scripting to automate routine work — PowerShell preferred.

  • You already use AI as a working tool, not a curiosity: writing and debugging scripts with it, drafting documentation, speeding up research and troubleshooting. We expect that from day one rather than as something to pick up here.

  • A track record of running a piece of work end to end — a migration, a rollout, a clean‑up — planning it, doing it, and closing it out, rather than only handling what lands in the queue.

  • Patient and clear with non‑technical colleagues. You treat a ticket as a person, not a queue item.

  • A security‑aware way of working: least privilege, no shared credentials, no shortcut you couldn't explain out loud.

  • Professional English for the international team, and Polish for day‑to‑day support of colleagues in Poland.

Nice to Have
  • Virtualization: Proxmox, VMware or Hyper‑V.

  • Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, file servers and NAS.

  • Exposure to ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus or similar audit work.

  • Some cloud exposure (Azure or AWS). Useful, not required — there is room to grow into it here.

Why You’ll Want This
  • Real breadth: identity, devices, connectivity, SaaS and AI tooling across the whole group — considerably more than a standard helpdesk role.

  • A clear mandate to tidy things up, with a manager who has already mapped what needs fixing and the backing to fix it properly rather than patch it.

  • Direct mentoring from the manager who owns IT for the group, and a realistic path towards systems, cloud or security engineering.

  • A growing function — you are joining early, not slotting into a fixed rung.

  • Modern tooling and a company that uses AI seriously rather than decoratively — you are expected to work with it, and given the licenses and the room to do so.

  • Private medical care, sport card, life insurance, an annual training budget, a team integration budget, and more.
