Job summary

A technology and innovation company in Kraków is seeking a Security Expertise Intern. This role offers the chance to participate in shaping the new GBS center while contributing to risk assessments and consulting. Candidates should be enrolled at a university and possess relevant experience in Information Security. The internship duration ranges from 3 to 12 months, with a good potential for conversion into a regular position, alongside various benefits and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at university with valid student status.
• 1 or 2 years of Information Security experience.
• Experience in evaluating risk assessments.
• Solid InfoSec knowledge and understanding of business processes and demand management.
• Experience evaluating risk assessments and infrastructure security requests, and making recommendations.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders and applying standards like SOC1, SOC2, ISO2700x, NIST, COBIT.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

IS Capabilities - Security Expertise Intern

To strengthen our teams, we are looking for Interns with good communication skills and valid student status. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping our new GBS center and grow together with the rapidly developing organization.

Responsibilities

• Allocate consulting & risk assessments request to the members of the SCS team.
• Follow up, track and report progress of all the risk assessments ongoing and in the queue.

Requirements

• To be enrolled at university with valid student status
• 1 or 2 years of Information Security experience with relevant workforce / demand management knowledge
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related qualification, and/or proven capability through past employment experience
• Good InfoSec knowledge combined with basic understanding of the overall context of business processes and demand management.
• Experience in objectively evaluating risk assessments and infrastructure security consulting request, making recommendations to assign request, track and report progress of the assessments
• Some experience in managing centralized demands and a balance between priority assignments based on potential risk impact and best practices;
• Experience in coordinating with stakeholders and reviewing responses to assessment results based on multiple industry standards and frameworks such as: SOC1, SOC2, ISO2700x, NIST, COBIT
• Fluent English and good communication skills
