R&D Engineer – Poland (Wrocław)

Do you enjoy designing and building test setups that improve quality and reliability? As an R&D Engineer at UNIS Group, you will play a key role in developing and implementing testing equipment to ensure repaired industrial electronics meet our highest standards — helping to minimize warranty repairs and improve overall production quality.

What will you be doing?
  • Design and develop test setups and devices for verifying repaired industrial electronic modules.
  • Manage the implementation of testing solutions from concept to realization.
  • Request and coordinate the purchase of components and materials needed for testing stations, in consultation with your supervisor.
  • Identify and report technical issues and contribute to developing effective solutions.
  • Share knowledge with the Technical Department and provide training on newly developed testing setups.
