Job Description Summary

Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Job Description
What You’ll Do:
  • Represent the site in the Tubes & Ducts global automation group, collaborating with process experts, research centers, and R&D labs.
  • Identify automation opportunities and implement innovative solutions with cross‑functional teams.
  • Define and execute the site‑level automation strategy, ensuring Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) excellence.
  • Lead investment projects, develop standard processes, and support technology transfers across sites.
  • Build a technical talent pipeline by mentoring and training team members in automation technologies.
  • Apply structured problem‑solving methods like Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Manufacturing Readiness Assessment (MRA).
What You’ll Bring:
  • A degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Computer Science Engineering, or a related robotics/automation field.
  • 1‑3 years of experience in robotic programming and simulation (FANUC preferred) or 3‑5 years as a robotic cell integration engineer.
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and resourcefulness in solving applied problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP communication protocols, electrical drawings, debugging electrical wiring, and pneumatic systems.
  • Professional‑level English & Polish proficiency.
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience in machine vision, C# programming, and HMI development for manufacturing equipment.
  • PLC programming using ladder logic.
  • Knowledge of Keyence, Halcon, and other vision products.
  • Expertise in FANUC products like CRX collaborative robots, IR Vision, and Force Sensors.
