Job description
Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for ensuring team compliance with operating policies, procedures and guidelines in the accurate and timely servicing of your clients’ vanilla and exotic OTC transactions.

In addition you will take charge of streamlining the processes, resolving complex queries and enhancing client satisfaction.

Your new role

As an Investment Operation Specialist, Senior Associate you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting coordination of day-to-day tasks and ensuring the daily tasks are completed accurately
  • Maintaining your primary portfolios, trading in all types of vanilla and exotic OTC transactions and related products
  • Overseeing daily reconciliation breaks, while ensuring all breaks are followed up and escalated
  • Liaising with clients regarding ad-hoc issues, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and other external parties
  • Addressing queries from the team, providing guidance and technical support
  • Being involved in new client and fund onboarding activities
  • Leading improvement and transformation projects in collaboration with oversight and local management
  • Coordinating system enhancements or new requirements on behalf of the team
  • Working with teams on productivity and efficiency improvements
What we value

Preferred previous experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis in finance, accounting, or technology or equivalent work experience (3-4+ years) in Middle Office, Finance or Accounting
  • Broad and in-depth understanding of the Fund Administration industry, gained through working in a variety of asset management /Fund Administration disciplines, including detailed knowledge on all types of financial instruments
  • Broad understanding of financial instruments with focus on OTC market
  • Broad understanding of standards, methodologies, processes, systems and technology necessary to support investment management operations
