Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in Poland is seeking a hands-on assembler/inspector to support manufacturing operations. You will assemble product components, perform tasks under moderate supervision, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will use basic measuring tools like thread gauges, visually inspect products, maintain documentation, and collaborate within a work cell to share information. Prior foundry experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months experience in a foundry environment.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Proficiency with thread gauges.
• Willingness to follow defined written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assembles or prepares product and components.
• Monitors product quality and takes corrective action per protocols.
• Operates within defined operating procedures and department standards.
• Visually inspects finished products for defects.
• Completes documentation of operations and quantities.
• Performs other tasks as directed by Management.
